 The Flying Through the Gut seminar series continues with a presentation on Tues. Nov. 17th at 8 am PST. Please contact meeting founder Edan Foley (Univ of Alberta) for information about joining the meeting. Speakers for Nov. 16th:

 Sromoana Mukherjee (Indiana University Bloomington): **A stress-responsive miRNA regulates BMP signaling to maintain tissue homeostasis.**  
Josephine Bageritz (German Cancer Research Center): **A gene expression atlas of the Drosophila midgut in intestinal homeostasis and bacteria-feeding conditions.**
