#  Drosophila researcher Alessandro Bailetti wins Disease Models & Mechanisms Outstanding Paper Prize

Drosophila researcher Alessandro Bailetti has been named the winner of the 2019 *Disease Models & Mechanisms* Outstanding Paper Prize. The prize honors first author Bailetti for his publication, Bailetti et al. (2019) "Enhancer of Polycomb and the Tip60 complex repress hematological tumor initiation by negatively regulating JAK/STAT pathway activity."
