"FlyBi" ORF clones and data available

The Drosophila RNAi Screening Center, Berkeley Drosophila Genome Project and the DFCI Center for Cancer Systems Biology on a large-scale Drosophila binary protein interaction project, the FlyBi project, supported by NIH NHGRI. 

The FlyBi group has deposited Drosophila ORFs in Gateway vectors at several repositories and recently began releasing unpublished preliminary data from the first of several rounds of yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) screening of the ORFs in a 10,000 x 10,000 ORF screen.
