FlyBi project releases large-scale yeast two-hybrid data
The FlyBi project, which is being carried out by the DRSC/Perrimon, BDGP/Cleniker, and CCSB/Vidal groups, has released data from their ongoing large-scale Drosophila binary interaction map project. The yeast two-hybrid data are available at the FlyBi webpage. The data have also been deposited to protein-protein interaction databases and FlyBase. The data represent initial results from a series of all-by-all screens of 10,000 ORF clones. The Gateway cloning format ORF clones used in the project are available from the Drosophila Genomic Resource Center at Bloomington, IN, and other plasmid repositories (see "Clone Access" on this page). More information about the project and data release can be found in a recent news post on the DRSC website.
